📞 Strategic Call (included in this phase):

🧑‍⚕️ Phase 3: Professional Support – $500 USD (refundable under guarantee)

This is where your personalized, human support begins. Your Case Agent will work with you for a total of 60 days:

• 🗓️ 30 days before your service: Preparation, coordination, negotiations, logistics, education, and accompaniment.
• 🗓️ 30 days after your service: Follow-up, monitoring, adjustments, emotional support, and administrative management.
• 📞 24-hour Open Line: During the 60 days, you will have direct access to your Case Agent for any need or emergency.

The Case Agent dedicates between 120 and 200 hours to your process, including: Personalized assessment, full coordination, active listening, negotiation with providers, administrative management, and continuous supervision.

⚠️ Final Payment Policy (Very Important)

The client must pay the remaining 50% of the total cost of their package 30 days before their service.

If this payment is not made:

• You risk losing the deposits already sent to the providers included in your package.
• Some providers do not accept refunds.
• Others allow date changes but are not obligated to do so.

Marixa Suites does not control the policies of each provider; therefore, it is essential to complete the final payment on time.
